What happens when you have to talk to someone about something you are not comfortable with?

Maybe you have to express feelings you are afraid to share, fire someone, or bring up the elephant in the room?

For some this is terrifying, but generally the result afterwards is a huge relief. Not just because it is over, but it usually opens the door to change.

This class will be about learning to express yourself in the situations where you don't think you know how to or think you can.
